27wks and braxton came again!

It was another night of really painful Braxton-hicks last night. It probably lasted about an hour and a half. Towards the end they weren’t that strong and I managed to fall asleep. I woke up this morning feeling perfectly ok but worried as hell.
I don’t know what to think. Is it bad to have them this intense this early? Am I just being too paranoid? Should I be going to the ER every time I experience them this early? I don’t know what to think.
so i called the doc's office today and spoke to the nurse. she asked how far apart they were and i just don't know how to answer that. it's like the belly constricts on and off. i just feel a constant cramping feeling and my belly feels tight the entire time. so she said to drink lots of water to keep hydrated. she also added if it happens again to go to the labor/delivery ward so they can monitor if i'm contracting or not and how many times in an hour i'm doing it. apparantly it is normal to go through this but no more than 6 contractions per hour.
dear God, please don't let there be another one of these nights! i don't want to go to the L/D ward until Baby is ready to come out healthy and happy.
